Colony and Wasilla each won multiple games during a baseball road trip to Fairbanks.
Colony swept a two-game set with Lathrop, winning 13-5 and 15-13. The Knights splitting two games with West Valley, winning 12-10 and falling 10-4.
Brayden Parrent was 3 for 4 at the plate, with four RBI and a run scored during the first win over the Malemutes. Boman Marks drew five walks and scored three times.
Colony jumped out to an 11-0 lead in the first inning of the second game against Lathrop, but the Malemutes jumped back into the game with 10 runs in the third.
Aidan Satterly led Colony with three hits, three RBI and a run. Cody Otto also drove in three runs.
Five different Knights scored two runs each.
Wasilla was 2-1. The Warriors beat North Pole 10-5 and Lathrop 3-0. West Valley beat Wasilla 7-0.
Jaxson Wright scored three runs in the North Pole win. Aiden Perez led Wasilla with two RBI.
Lalo Palomeres and Oscar Savala combined to pitch the shutout against Lathrop. They scattered seven hits over seven innings and fanned a total of 13.
Palmer split a two-game series at Kodiak, falling 5-3 and winning 16-1.
Jackson Charton led Palmer with two hits, two runs and an RBI in the loss.
Reed Craner led the Moose with four RBI in the win. Gabriel Wheeler drove in three, and Charton and Daniel Cook had two RBI each.
Soldotna finished 3-0 during a weekend trip to the Mat-Su. The Stars beat Houston 15-0, Palmer 13-1 and Redington 13-1.
