With all the financial and political corruption, along with equipment and facility complications slowly taking down the creamery, the employees (who have no control or say in these issues) are staying on the job. They have committed to continue working with due diligence to keep the creamery open and producing the superior quality products they are known for right up to the final closing of the doors.
In talking with an employee, she commented they have worked very hard and take pride in what they have accomplished. The employees are sticking together to the very end, knowing that if just one or two quit, the creamery shuts down and everyone loses.

I for one will miss their fresh, high-quality products.
