Lauds Begich

To the editor —

The other week while I was listening to the radio, I heard Senator Mark Begich call into Tom Anderson’s conservative radio show. He answered all kinds of questions and took calls from listeners. Apparently he does this a lot. Anderson mentioned past times Begich had come on his show.

I think it’s pretty cool that Begich is willing to talk to people who don’t always agree with him. Even if you don’t like what he says, at least he likes answering voters› questions and telling them exactly what he thinks.
