Leave at-large school board seats alone

To the editor,

Please vote NO on Ballot Measure 1. The school district has seven board members who are elected at large. Mat-Su voters have the ability to vote for each candidate whose term is up in each election. Your vote really counts in every election and you are represented by seven members not just one. Each board member has the responsibility to represent all of the borough schools, the students, the administration, the teachers and staff, parents, and all citizens whether they have children in our schools or not. Please keep the borough seats “at large” and vote NO on Ballot measure 1.
