How does a nice little public utility become so corrupt so quickly with paper gangsters, or so it would appear?
Secretive contracts, under-the-table sweetheart deals, cooperative money manipulated by executives to get it all, Carmony and the fellers were up to something. So, let’s do what we usually do, fine ‘em a dollar or two and make them do a whole day at the $240 million (not yet opened) prison we are probably going to tear down and sell for scrap anyhow!
Then we can all go to these annual free sandwiches and ice cream events for every member, blah, blah, blah. Just keep your grimy fingers off our hard-earned bucks!
