To the Editor,
This week our nation is celebrating “Our Homes, Our Voices”, the annual push for public advocacy promoting Affordable Housing.
Our Mat-Su Coalition on Housing and Homelessness, MSCHH, is encouraging everyone interested to post this opportunity on their social media pages.
We also encourage all to advocate for Affordable Housing funding for our Mat-Su Community and nationwide.
We included the event resource website and shown is an info graphic about the impacts of affordable housing on our community members.
The Our Homes, Our Voices website: www.ourhomes-ourvoices.org offers advocacy letter templates, public posters, and much more.
MSCHH encourages all MS Valley citizens to write to our legislators and encourage them to vote for affordable housing bills,
further to supportive services for those who are not-housed, at risk of losing their housing or unable to find housing in their area that they can afford.
