LETTER: We have had a rigged election

To the editor:

It’s not time for silence. We need to have massive news coverage of the rigged election. Stop the electoral college vote. We must have a re-vote.

Then, it’s past time to get serious about those who would interfere with the function of government. McConnell literally prevented the American public from hearing of Russia’s tampering to elect Trump. He and his congressional henchmen should be rounded up along with Comey and tried for federal election tampering. If found guilty they should go to a regular jail, not one of the posh federal jails. Until then run things as they are until a new election can be held. BTW a new election should preclude use of the illegal gerrymandered districts. Just see how fast those districts would be “corrected” if they knew Obama would be in Office until the election re-ran.

You don’t need to agree with me. You have a chance to make your voice heard in newspapers, over the airwaves, to your congressional delegation, in social media, one-on-one.

There’s no time like the present.

We still have freedom of speech. Use it or chance losing it. The Russia leaning of the Trump “administration” is horrifying.

I’ll speak out as long as I have a voice. My own father was in the military during WWII. Although they were our allies then, my father warned against Russia. When Khrushchev said “We’ll bury you (to USA), my Father’s nudge and knowing look said, don’t forget. He lies at Arlington. I haven’t forgotten, and now it’s worse.
