Watching a bully inflict horrendous suffering and death on innocent Ukranians is gut-wrenching. The way Ukrain’s President Zelenskyy is leading his people and standing up to Russia’s bully is a wonder indeed to behold. If only we had such patriotism and leadership from President Biden and his administration.
It is obvious Biden is cognitively impaired and unfit to lead. It is frightening to know the next heartbeats in line are Vice-President Harris and Speaker Pelosi.
Weakness and poor decision making on the part of this administration, and the world view of that weakness led to Putin’s barbaric acts. China is chomping at the bit and threatening Taiwan. Inflation is staggering. It is at the point that I need to apply for a mortgage to purchase groceries and fuel, yet Biden is sending millions of energy dollars to Russia to fuel its terrorism and war crimes.
I was pleased to see Alaska Senator Dan Sullivan indicate if Ukraine’s President can face down a bully, Biden should be able to face down people like Kerry and “The Squad” in Congress. The U.S. was energy independent and can be again if we would cut off the spigot from Russia and open U.S. oil resources.
I also believe we need more political leaders representing the majority of U.S. citizens – people who have worked for a living to pay bills and raise families – not elitists with careers paid for by more elitists and special interests. Politics – Why work for a living! There are some exceptional people in the political arena that genuinely care about their constituents and country. Unfortunately, too many just fund-raise from election to election and have only four concerns – “I, Me, Myself, and the people paying to get me elected”. I am tired of reading that a politician has “the biggest war chest” or that such and such election has more money than ever before pouring into it. We need term limits and campaign dollar limits.
In one year, this administration has caused havoc here and around the world. Rather than attempting to destroy history they seem to know nothing about, they need to learn its lessons. The past is prologue to the future. I sincerely do not want to see a repeat of September, 1939.

Russia and UkraineEveryone in the world by now sees what the Russians are doing to the Ukrainians. The Ukrainians can either submit to Russian rule or have their cities pounded into sand. What country will the Russians take over next? That country will have to make a choice. Submit to Russian rule or have their cities pounded into sand. When the Russians decide to take back Alaska, what decision will we make? You can always have peace through surrender.
