Who I am voting for and why

To the editor:

I am a proud supporter of Kelly Tshibaka, Nick Begich, Senator Hughes, Rep Johnson, Senators Costello, Holland, to name just a few. I will be voting for Governor Dunleavy since the likes of Bill Walker or Les Gara being our Governor chills me to the bone! I will be voting YES on Ballot Measure 1, State Constitutional Convention.

Now, the main reasons for this Letter to the Editor, supporting Kelly Tshibaka and Nick Begich. The outright lies from Minority Senate Leader Mich McConnell. Sadly the support of the Senate Republican Committee, along with Senator Dan Sullivan for Lisa Murkowski shows one of the reasons we have a major problem in D.C., the establishment supports their own, no matter how bad the record that person has.

Kelly was investigated as to the one ad on billing hours. Exonerated, period! There are allegations, then there is the final facts that either support that allegation or disprove that allegation, in this case it was the latter, nuff said. See the documents Kelly gave to Must Read Alaska Anohher hit piece ad as to birth control pill is just that, more desperate lies. Yes, Kelly is against the morning after pill being mailed without a prescription She opposes over the counter as well, rightfully so since this is high hormonal pill that needs to be controlled and used not on a month to month basis, but because there was an “accident”. What that woman decides in conjunction with her Doc, that is up to them. Then the hit piece on her move when she got hired by Governor Dunleavy. Gee, don’t see anyone bellachying about others hired say by the Walker admin from the Lower 48 which they paid for the move! Again, another accusation that has been factually refuted by the Governors and his folks.

I support Kelly Tshibaka because I believe that her values are my values, smaller government, following all the Constitution vs violating, such as our 2nd Amendment, the 10th Amendment so our State has the right of self determination, not becoming a National Park. Kelly will stand with solid conservatives in the Senate like Ron Paul, Ted Cruz, Ron Johnson, and will work to turn the RINO’s back to the conservative roots they “say” they believe in. Kelly will stand against the likes of Chucky Schumer, Diane Fienstien, Bernie Sanders, etc. who are for Socialism and this nation being a Socialist country by voting for socialist judges, cabinet members, etc. Let’s be clear, Lisa Murkowski is for those ideals with her voting record of working with Chucky and his socialist Senators and as the Chief Enabling Officer for Let’s Go Brandon (#LGB)! Lisa’s lies on the Infrastructure Act is just one of many that Lisa has gone over to the “Dark side”, Her lies that this will be a boom for Alaska are just that, lies. Even Senator Dan Sullivan clearly states that the actions of #LGB in violating FERPA will ensure Alaska will not see any of that infrastructure funds, much less actual work since the #LGB admin will block permitting through the EPA and Dept of Interior. Remember who opposed Bret Kavanugh, Lisa! In fact she told people in an open meeting that she had to make the call since it was a 47%/47% polling, when in fact all Alaskan polls had a yes at 60%. I asked her if that “poll” was from the telephone calls and e-mails she got from Lower 48 activists? No answer. No response to the fact of the Alaskan polls of 60%. She has a history of clamming up when caught in lies. Then of course her yes on impeachment of a former President! Not to mention her blatant hatred for President Trump fully on display in comments and in votes! Even with this terrible Rank Choice Voting, we real Republicans/Conservatives/Independents must turn out to vote in such numbers that Lisa will be swept away in the outgoing tide! We Republicans outnumber Democrats, if each and every real Republican and conservative “Independents/Non-Affiliated” vote for Kelly Tshibaka we will do two things. One, ensure that any attempts at voter fraud are so outnumbered that they can’t win. Second that the numbers voting for Kelly on the first round has Kelly well over 51%. Third, that this win will send a clear message to Mitch that we have a Senator who will vote for a real conservative to be the new Senate Majority Leader and that Mitch’s and other RINO’s like Collins will be no longer in power!

Wasting taxpayer dollarsTo the editor:

Sadly U.S. taxpayer dollars are being wasted once again. One example of major waste is the talk of a deep draft port in Nome. The propagandists for port of Nome expansion have advocated ideas that have little bearing in truth but have been successful in diverting hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars on a port expansion that will be frozen for 7 months of the year, and will not serve Alaska or the nation. U.S. citizens are told that the port of Nome expansion will decrease the cost of living for Arctic communities which would be a good thing if that were true but as we know rural communities are mainly served by air. Alaskans cost of energy, cost of building supplies, etc. is not set in Alaska and as we have seen with this latest inflation fiasco, it is fundamentally clear that nothing in Nome impacts the global supply chain or the complicated economic systems that impacts us all. We are also told that a bigger port in Nome will assist with oil spill response, that nonsense is a dystopian theme that we must require evidence for because the price tag is now north of $600 million dollars and if history is any guide there will be cost overruns. There is no oil spill response asset anywhere in the world that cannot be in that region now, sadly there is no discussion to address safety from oil spills other than propogandists idea of build this thing and something will come. Unfortunately, citizens are also not given the gift of accurate reporting. The Anchorage Daily News, and others serve as the mouthpiece of port of Nome advocates, and it seems they have a direct line to politicians who continue those lies and further spin the truth which will not help us address good government spending, it is more of the same, waste money where it will be wasted the most.
