Library group says thanks

Friends of Palmer Public Library would like to thank the community for a wonderful turnout at our spring book sale. Our sale benefits the many program at the library, including summer reading and the purchase of new books and educational materials.

A very special thank you to Boy Scouts of America Troop 380, including Zachary Cheery, Kade Brueggeman, Kolten Brueggeman, Beth Cherry and Lexa Cherry for their help in packing up our remaining books and loading them to be distributed to various charities. It is nice to know that some hard-working young people were more than willing to help out.

Thanks also to the loyal and dedicated volunteers of Friends of Palmer Public Library who make this book sale possible.
