PALMER — Alaska State Troopers remain tight-lipped about a shooting that claimed a 26-year-old man early Thursday morning.
Joshua M. Lacy, 26, was found dead in a home near Mile 5 Palmer-Fishhook after the shooting was reported at 3:47 a.m. Troopers wrote in a press release that investigators had talked to the person they believe shot Lacy and that no arrests had been made or charges filed as of Thursday, though they were still investigating.
On Friday, trooper spokeswoman Megan Peters added two more details.
“The person believed to be responsible for the death of Lacy that met with members of the Alaska Bureau of Investigation is also the person that called 911,” Peters wrote in an email.
