Local events slated for Halloween Day

WASILLA — There’s a variety of Halloween events planned across the Valley for families to choose from Sunday. This year features a little bit of everything, from small trunk or treats events to large community parties.

Creekside Church’s Fall Festival: 4 to 6 p.m.

A safe, fun-filled community event for the whole family. Visitors are encouraged to bring canned goods for the food drive.

Our Little Farm in Palmer’s Trick or Treat on the Farm: 12 to 4 p.m.

This event features horseback riding, trick or treating in the woods, hay maze, crafts, photos, hot drinks, and friendly animals to visit. Tickets are $25 individuals and $50 for families.

3rd Annual Trunk or Treat: 3 to 5 p.m.

This free event is hosted by the Houston Parks and Rec Commission at the Little Susitna Campground.

Faith Bible Fellowship’s Fall Festival: 6 to 8 p.m.

This will be a free evening filled with fun games, good food, and lots of candy. All are invited. Call 907-892-8545 for more information.

Halloween Party at the Palmer Bar and Grill: Sunday starting at 8 p.m.

The costume contest begins at around 10 p.m.

Big Lake Lions Trunk or Treat 2021: Sunday from 5 to 7 p.m.

The Trunk or Treat event takes place at Big Lake Lions Club at 2942 South Lions Court. For more information, call 907-892-6502.
