Have you ever been to see the Palmer High School Madrigal feast the first week of December?
These talented kids are not professionals yet, but every year they treat the public to the most incredible dinner shows. They can sing, act and do comedy improvisation. Their attire is Renaissance.
What makes this show unique is their enthusiasm for what they do, which gives the audience laughter, love and joy, and most of all starts off our Christmas season.
You will laugh, cry and watch in wonder as these kids from all grades entertain you. But the best part is a scholarship program in today’s society, where you can be fed the best food and be entertained for a modest price. It all starts because of a very talented teacher named Stan Harris. He is loved by all and his enthusiasm for music is felt by his students.
Also, the Madrigal would not be the success it is if it weren’t for the Palmer Music Booster Club and the volunteers. Christmas in Alaska — this dinner show is so great that I dare say these kids are fit to entertain kings and queens.
