PALMER — A grand jury on Sept. 25 indicted 18-year-old Dylan Currier for sexual assault in the second degree for the alleged sexual penetration of a victim, known to be incapacitated at the time by the accused, according to court documents.

Court documents allege the Class B Felony incident took place on or about Aug. 5 — approximately 14 days after the accused’s 18th birthday — at or near Willow.

Judge Kari Kristiansen set a pretrial conference for Nov. 17 at 9 a.m. with a trial call set for Nov. 27 at 8:30 a.m.

Currier was released on $25,000 bail with a court-appointed third party, and ordered to have no contact with the alleged victim.
