Alaska State Troopers arrested William Brown, 71, of Wasilla, around 8 p.m., July 15 at a property near Mile 49, Parks Highway,
Troopers responded to a report of a disturbance involving a firearm, and investigation revealed Brown had “recklessly placed a female in fear of imminent serious physical injury by means of a dangerous instrument during the incident.”
He was arrested for third-degree assault and transported to the Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility in Palmer where he was remanded into custody and held on $250 bail.
