WASILLA — A 19-year-old Wasilla man was arraigned this morning on a charge of first-degree sexual assault.
Alexander Burgholzer-Schwochert was arrested Saturday after Alaska State Troopers resonded to a domestic violence report on Zak Circle near Wasilla. After a subsequent investigation by the Alaska Bureau of Investigation, Burgholzer-Schwochert was arrested on a charge of first-destree sexual assault, the AST reports.
According to court documents, Burgholzer-Schwochert was arraigned this morning and is being held on $20,000 bond. A preliminary hearing was scheduled for 1 p.m., Dec. 1.
