WASILLA – A man who allegedly spat on an Alaska State Trooper Saturday was slapped with a harassment charge.
According to a trooper press statement, officers were summoned to a disturbance at a cabin on Church Road at 10:06 p.m.
There they spoke with Hiram L. Ducasse, 21, of Wasilla, and Joshua R. Pulczinski, 19, of Wasilla.
“During the investigation, both men were uncooperative, unruly and would not follow commands,” according to the press statement.
Both were charged with disorderly conduct and that was where it stood until Ducasse allegedly spat on one of the troopers, netting him the harassment charge.
Both were jailed at the Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility. Pulczinski was later released on his own recognizance. Ducasse had his bail set at $500. Jail Records Monday afternoon showed he’d since made bail.
