WASILLA — A man was arrested Sunday morning after passing out in the drive-through at McDonald’s on Crusey Street.
Officers from the South Central Team of the Alaska State Troopers Bureau of Highway patrol responded around 4:10 a.m., Sept. 9 and found Andrew Scudder, 44, of Wasilla passed out in his vehicle, according to troopers.
Scudder was arrested for driving under the influence. A check of his court records show a previous felony DUI conviction in 2007, as well as two other DUIs in 2004, troopers report.
Scudder was remanded to the Mat-Su Pre-Trial Facility on $5,000 bail and will need a court-approved, third party.
