MEADOW LAKES — A man driving an ATV was stopped for littering and subsequently arrested for driving drunk on Saturday evening.
Alaska State Troopers report contacting Harold D. Greenway, 53, of Wasilla after he was observed littering on Pittman Road near Island Lake Drive.
Trooper investigation found that Greenway was operating the ATV while impaired by alcohol. Since Greenway had another felony DUI conviction in the last 10 years, this charge also is a felony.
Greenway was arrested for DUI and remanded into the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility on $6,000 cash bail, plus a court-approved third party to watch over him.
