Retiring teacher, coach urges Colony grads to ‘find their 68’

Margaret Elaine Curtis died April 25, 2005 in Sequim, Wash., after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease.
Mrs. Curtis lived several years in Alaska and after her husband, Charlie, retired, they moved to Hemet, Calif., Sunsites, Ariz., and eventually to Sequim, Wash.
Survivors include her loving husband of 30 years, Charles F. Curtis of Sequim, Wash.; two daughters, Vicki Erps of Wasilla and Cheryl Pope of Willcox, Ariz., and three grandchildren, Daniel and Lisa Hoekzema of Wasilla and Cheryl Drover, also of Wasilla.
The family will hold a private graveside service at Sequim View Cemetery, Sequim, Wash., at a later date.
