The Mat-Su Convention & Visitors Bureau is hosting its annual meeting virtually this year on Nov. 12 from 10-11:30 a.m.
The Mat-Su CVB has partnered with Destination Analysts, the leading tourism research company in the country, on a visitor profile analysis. The findings will be presented at 10 a.m. to kick off the annual meeting. This project will identify target markets for Alaska visitors, in-depth reporting of traveler sentiment and valuable information on how to best market to potential visitors as a destination and for individual businesses. Following the Destination Analysts presentation, the organization’s board and staff will give reports on marketing and membership programs. The Voice of the Membership meeting concludes the annual meeting, and is the opportunity for people to provide direct input to the Mat-Su CVB board of directors.
The meeting is open to the public and is free to attend. It will be hosted on the Zoom platform. For more information or a link to join the meeting, interested people can e-mail Casey Ressler at casey@alaskavisit.com or call Justin Saunders at 746-5032.
