Mat-Su Farm Market from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., today at the Palmer Depot in Downtown Palmer. The market continues Mondays through May 19.

Here’s the list of today’s vendors:

• The Alaskan Sourdough Bread Company — Sourdough breads including Angry Rooster, Artichoke, Roasted Garlic, and Regular Sourdough. Specialty breads — like Bobka, Spring Stollen, Pulla, Farmhouse Hearth Loaf, and Balsamic Onion Focaccia. Sweets including chocolate chip and giant ginger cookies and Baklava. New this week — PIES!

• Alaska Sprouts — Sprouts and hydroponic lettuces.

• Alaska Yard and Goat Company — Full line of Alaska goat milk soaps.

• Bistro Red Beet — Great French Press Coffee and gluten free baked goods.

• Brooke Family Farm — Quail and chicken eggs, and will take orders for 2014 free-range chicken, ducks, geese, turkeys and hogs. We have hogs available right now! So order yours today.

• Bushes Bunches — Blue, Yukon, peanut and red potatoes, pumpkins, turnips, beets and carrots.
