Mat-Su Miners a hit with youth group

To the editor:

We’d like to publicly thank IBEW for sponsoring the Mat-Su Miners game on Wednesday. The IBEW community relations coordinator, Jackie Endsley, generously donated tickets to more than 40 youth and adult leaders from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints who meet each Wednesday evening for a youth activity. Even though it was a bit chilly, we all enjoyed rallying behind our community baseball team.
