The Mat-Su Miners are currently looking for families to host players during the 2022 Alaska Baseball League season.
The Mat-Su Miners are a 501©(3) charitable non-profit organization based on education. Your contribution when you house a Miner is considered a tax deductible donation.
The team is in search of a family environment for players from around the country and those who can provide meals to Mat-Su Miner. Transportation to Hermon Brothers Field for practice and games, transportation can be arranged with other host families as needed.
Host families receive free family season passes to all home games and away game passes from other ABL Teams, free attendance for your children at the Mat-Su Miners baseball clinic, and are a guest at the Miner’s Banquet For Host Families & Volunteers.For more information please contact the Miners at 745-6401, Pete and Denise Christopher at 746-4914, or email gmminers@gci.net.
