ALASKA STATE TROOPERS

September 15 at 10:48 p.m., AST arrested 28-year-old Natalia Pedro of Wasilla after locating a vehicle in the ditch near South Big Lake Road in Wasilla. Pedro was charged with DUI through the DAO and released.

September 16 at 1:46 a.m., AST arrested 32-year-old Eric Shell of Meadow Lakes following a report of a DVPO violation in the Meadow Lakes Area. Shell was charged with Violation of a DVPO and taken to MSPT without bail.

September 16 at 5:39 p.m., AST with the CSU and K9 Blitz arrested 33-year-old Joseph Bowlin of Palmer following a traffic enforcement stop on Bogard Road in Wasilla. Bowlin had an outstanding warrant and did not initially yield to LEO’s. Bowlin was arrested on his warrant and additionally charged with DWLR, Failure to maintain motor vehicle insurance, misuse of registration, FTS 2 and taken to MSPT. Bowlin’s vehicle was also seized for an ongoing drug investigation.
