ALASKA STATE TROOPERS

July 5, AST arrested 28-year-old Joseph Watson of Talkeetna following a traffic stop. Watson had an active warrant on the O/C of Assault and Criminal Mischief and was tkaen to MSPT without bond.

July 5 at 10:21 p.m., AST arrested 25-year-old Josiah Hemmen of Wasilla following a disturbance on Mark Drive in Wasilla. Hemmen was charged with Criminal Mischief 3 (DV) and was taken to MSPT.

July 5 at 9:09 p.m., AST arrested 25-year-old Miranda Franklin of Wasilla following a welfare check on North Elsinore Avenue in Wasilla. Franklin was charged with Disorderly conduct, Resisting Arrest, and Endangering the Welfare of a Minor and taken to MSPT.

July 5 at 7:44 p.m., AST arrested 26-year-old Austin Prabucki of Houston following a warrant report. Prabucki had a FTA warrant on the O/C of Theft 4 and was taken to MSPT on $75 bail.

July 6, AST arrested 30-year-old Tanya Wharton of Talkeetna following a reported disturbance in Talkeetna. Wharton was charged with Assault (DV) and taken to MSPT.

July 6 at 4:04 p.m., AST received a report of $124 in fuel siphoned from an address near Mayflower Lane in Wasilla. Investigation is pending any further leads or suspects.

July 6 at 6:52 p.m., AST arrested 27-year-old Justin Hansen of Oregon following a reported theft from 3 Bears in Palmer. Hansen was charged with Theft 4 and released.

July 6 at 7:59 p.m., AST arrested 28-year-old Dwight Richards of Wasilla following a welfare check near Knollwood Drive in Wasilla. Richards was charged with VCOR and taken to MSPT.

July 6 at 9:30 p.m., AST received a report of a stolen 2007 Ram 2500 with Alaska license plates JNE953.

July 7 at 9:30 p.m., AST with the CSU arrested 34-year-old Shane Petrin of Houston on Vine Road in Wasilla. Petrin had outstanding FTA warrants on the O/C of DWLR and was taken to MSPT on $350 bail.

July 8 at 4:03 a.m., AST arrested 30-year-old Rosebud Sweeney of Palmer following a reported disturbance at a gas station on Church Road. Sweeney was charged with Criminal Trespass 2 and VCOR and taken to MSPT on $100 cash appearance bail.
