ALASKA STATE TROOPERS

October 22 at 12:22 p.m., AST arrested 34-year-old Jessie Tessier of Palmer following a disturbance on Julie Marie Circle in Palmer. Tessier was charged with Assault 4 and Criminal Mischief 5 and taken to MSPT.

October 22 at 1:20 p.m., AST arrested 26-year-old Jesse McKinney of Anchorage following a reported disturbance at Three Bears in Palmer. McKinney had a warrant on the O/C of Theft 2 and was additionally charged with Promoting Contraband 1 and MICS 4 and taken to MSPT.

October 22 at 8:52 p.m., AST issued an arrest warrant for 21-year-old Robert Torpin on charges of Assault following a reported disturbance on Lazy Lady Lane in Palmer.

October 22 at 11:00 p.m., AST arrested 35-year-old Gregory Smith of Palmer following a welfare check in Palmer. Smith had a warrant on the O/C of Criminal Mischief 3 and Theft 2. EMS transported Smith to MSRMC for examination before he was taken to MSPT on $2,000 bail.
