ALASKA STATE TROOPERS
April 2, AST received a report that 73-year-old Robert Davila Sr., had sexually assaulted four juveniles over the course of the last eight years. The AST dispatch post says that Davila threatened to harm juveniles and family members if they alerted the authorities about the abuse and family members feared he would flee the state. Investigation revealed two previous victims and abuse spanning from 2002 to 2021. On April 6, the GIU and patrol Troopers conducted a traffic stop and arrested Davila on five counts of SAM 1, two counts of SAM 2. Davila was taken to MSPT on $250,000 cash corporate appearance and $100,000 performance bail with Pretrial Enforcement Division Electronic Monitoring house arrest. Investigation is ongoing.
April 5 at 4:00 p.m., AST arrested 19-year-old Lukas Hare of Wasilla following a reported assault in Big Lake. Hare was charged with Assault 2 (DV) on April 6 and taken to MSPT without bail.
April 6 at 11:58 a.m., AST issued a criminal citation to 31-year-old Chrystal Albert of Wasilla following a reported shoplifting at Three Bears in Palmer. Albert was issued a citation for Concealment of Merchandise.
April 7 at 9:11 p.m., AST arrested 31-year-old Dustin Martin of Wasilla following a traffic stop for an equipment violation. Martin failed to yield and fled on foot, but was eventually arrested and charged with FTS 1 and Assault 3 on a LEO and taken to MSPT.
ALASKA WILDLIFE TROOPERS
April 8 at 2:20 p.m., AWT arrested 22-year-old Dylan Tsupukuk Pollock of Palmer following a traffic stop on East Plumley Road in Palmer. Pollock was charged with Eluding 1 and VCOR and taken to MSPT without bail.
BUREAU OF HIGHWAY PATROL
April 6 at 6:12 p.m., AST issued a summons to 20-year-old Wayne Jackson of Wasilla following a traffic stop for speeding near mile 34 of the Glenn Highway. Jackson was issued a summons for DWLS and the vehicle was released to a licensed driver.
