ALASKA STATE TROOPERS

August 2 at 1:31 p.m., AST arrested 24-year-old Jesse Jones of Anchorage following a reported disturbance in Wasilla. Jones was charged with Criminal Mischief 4 (DV) and taken to MSPT without bail.

August 2, AST arrested 27-year-old Isaac John-Giles in Houston. John-Giles had a misdemeanor warrant and was taken to MSPT on $150 bail.

August 2, AST arrested 37-year-old Shawn Schmalzried of Anchorage following a traffic stop in Wasilla. Schmalzried had an active warrant and was taken to MSPT.

August 2, AST arrested 43-year-old Christopher Faulk of Wasilla on two active arrest warrants. Faulk was taken to MSPT on $250 bail.

August 3 at 3:01 p.m., AST arrested Keith Clark of Wasilla following a reported disturbance in Wasilla. Clark had active arrest warrants and was taken to MSPT without bail.

August 3, AST arrested 37-year-old Ryan Vukson of Glennallen following a traffic stop in Wasilla. Vukson had an active FTA warrant and was taken to MSPT on $250 bail.

August 3, AST arrested 44-year-old Terra Stanley following a reported disturbance in Wasilla. Stanley was charged with Assault 4 (DV) and taken to MSPT withou bail.

August 5, AST arrested 19-year-old Thomas Bourasaw of Wasilla at Fred Meyer in Wasilla. Bourasaw had an outstanding Felony warrant and was taken to MSPT with charges forwarded to the DAO.

August 6 at 12:32 a.m., AST arrested 18-year-old James Bennett of Wasilla following a traffic stop on a dirt bike near mile 49 of the Parks Highway in Wasilla. Bennett was charged with DUI and released O/R.

August 6 at 1:13 ap.m., AST arrested 35-year-old Angela Hoffman of Talkeetna following a traffic stop on Talkeetna Spur Road. Hoffman was charged with DUI and released O/R.

August 6 at 4:30 a.m., AST arrested 31-year-old Jannell Murrill of Palmer following a reported disturbance on East Ptarmigan Road in Palmer. Murrill was charged with Criminal Trespass and taken to MSPT without bail.

August 6 at 6:50 p.m., AST arrested 20-year-old Daniel Buckwalter of Wasilla following a report of a stolen vehicle in Wasilla. Buckwalter was charged with Vehicle Theft and an active warrant for FTA on the O/C of FTS and Reckless Driving and taken to MSPT.

August 6 at 7:12 p.m., AST arrested Aaron Baggette following a reported assault near Engstrom Road in Wasilla. Baggette was charged with Assault 4 and taken to MSPT without bail.

August 6 at 9:05 p.m., MATCOM Dispatch received multiple reports of a dangerous driver on Knik-Goose Bay Road. AST arrested 59-year-old Laurie Hubbard of Wasilla on charges of FTS, Reckless Driving, DUI, three counts of Assault 3 and MIW 4. Hubbard was taken to MSPT.

August 4 at 11:37 p.m., AST received a report of a stolen vehicle among other items from a household in Wasilla. August 6, AST recovered the majority of the items and arrested 19-year-old Thomas Bourasaw and 23-year-old Elijah Petersen of Palmer on charges of Burglary 1, two counts of Theft 2, Vehicle Theft 1 and Criminal Trespassing 1. Petersen was additionally charged with Tampering with Evidence and both were taken to MSPT.

August 7 at 1:45 a.m., AST arrested 22-year-old Rebecca Petersen of Wasilla on an active warrant. Petersen was taken to MSPT on $100 cash appearance bail.

August 7 at 7:00 p.m., AST arrested 21-year-old Ivie Bowles of Wasilla following an attempt to arrest Brandon McCoy. Bowles was charged with Hindering Prosecution and taken to MSPT.

August 7 at 8:51 p.m., AST arrested 18-year-old Anthony Engebretsen-Rogers of Wasilla. Engebretsen-Rogers was charged with Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Trespassing 2, Resisting Arrest and VCOR and taken to MSPT.

August 8 at 8:24 a.m., AST arrested 38-year-old Bruce Abbott following a disturbance in Wasilla. Abbott was charged with Assault 4 and taken to MSPT without bail.

August 8 at 3:56 p.m., AST arrested Michon Whitmer following a disturbance on Depriest Avenue in Palmer. Whitmer was taken to MSPT on charges of Criminal Mischief 5 and held without bail.

August 8 at 4:45 p.m., AST arrested 31-year-old Michael Phillips of Wasilla following a domestic disturbance near Ronnie Circle in Wasilla. Phillips was charged with Assault 3 and Criminal Mischief 3 and 4 and taken to MSPT.

August 8 at 7:17 p.m., AST charged 30-year-old Rosebud Sweeney of Palmer at MSRMC. Sweeney was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Trespass 2 and released O/R.

August 9 at 12:08 a.m, AST arrested 30-year-old Rosebud Sweeney of Palmer at a gas station near mile 49 of the Parks Highway in Palmer. Sweeney was taken to MSPT on charges of Criminal Trespass 2 and taken to MSPT on $25 cash appearance bail.

ALASKA WILDLIFE TROOPERS

July 19 at 2:08 p.m., AWT cited 24-year-old Theodore Turgeon of Wasilla $120 for Sportfishing Bag limit on the Kenai River.

July 31, AWT cited 46-year-old Frederick Young of Wasilla $120 for failure to record harvest of personal use salmon on Fish Creek in Wasilla.

July 31, AWT cited 50-year-old Lee Smith of Wasilla and 56-year-old Gregory Shepard of Palmer $120 for failure to record salmon on Fish Creek in Wasilla.

July 31, AWT cited 43-year-old Matthew Peterson of Wasilla $120 for failure to display valid sport fish guide vessel sticker on the Little Su River.

August 4, AWT cited 19-year-old Kobe Little, 19-year-old Samuel Pike, 21-year-old Jacob Pike and 19-year-old Trever Pike, all of Wasilla. Each was cited $120 for sportfishing in closed waters on Cottonwood Creek in Wasilla.

August 7, AWT cited 44-year-old Joshua Burnem of Wasilla $120 for sportfishing in closed waters in Wasilla at Fish Creek.

August 7, AWT cited 38-year-old Billy Stannard of Wasilla $120 for sportfishing in closed waters during the youth-only fishing event on Fish Creek in Wasilla.

BUREAU OF HIGHWAY PATROL

August 3 at 3:25 p.m., AST arrested 19-year-old Anthony Engebretsen-Rogers of Wasilla following a reported burglary in Wasilla. Engebretsen-Rogers was charged with Theft 4 and Burglary 1 and taken to MSPT without bail.
