December 22 at 6:35 a.m., AST received a report that a check stolen in a burglary last year was deposited at a bank in Anchorage. Investigation resulted in one count of Forgery 1 and one count of Theft 2 forwarded to the Anchorage DAO on 32-year-old Dion Carter of Anchorage.
January 4 at 8:02 p.m., AST arrested 45-year-old Joshua Ogle on Gorkie Road in Willow. Ogle was charged with three counts of Assault 3 (DV), Criminal Mischief 3 (DV), four counts of Assault 4 (DV), and three counts of Assault 4 on a LEO and taken to MSPT without bail.
January 5 at 1:50 a.m., AST arrested 28-year-old Carl Ahtuangaruak of Utqiagvik after traveling over 100 MPH on the Glenn Highway. Ahtuangaruak had two active warrants from APD and was taken to Anchorage Jail. A passenger was identified as 25-year-old Megan Brower of Barrow who also had an active warrant and was taken to MSPT.
January 5 at 1:56 p.m., AST arrested 27-year-old Zachariah Allen of Wasilla following a reported disturbance on Hallie Drive in Wasilla. Allen was charged with Criminal Mischief 5 (DV) and taken to MSPT.
January 5 at 5:00 p.m., AST arrested 22-year-old Ian Roberts of Wasilla after receiving a tip. Roberts had two outstanding warrants and was taken to MSPT.
January 6 at 1:45 p.m., AST arrested 24-year-old Clint Wolf of Wasilla at a residence on Lucille Street. Wolf had an arrest warrant for SAM 2 and was taken to MSPT on $1,000 cash only bail.
January 6 at 6:04 p.m, Glennallen AST arrested 45-year-old Anthony Johns of Copper Center on charges of Assault 4 and VCOR. Johns was taken to GTP.
December 27 at 3:33, WPD arrested 35-year-old Jonathan Cole of Wasilla following a reported disturbance on Snohomish Avenue. Cole was charged with three counts of Assault 4 (DV) and was taken to MSPT without bail.
December 28 at 9:40 p.m., WPD arrested 23-year-old O’Keith Bell of Wasilla for VCOR. Bell also had additional warrants totaling $1,100 in bail but Bell was held at MSTP without bail due to the new DV VCOR charge.
December 30 at 1:53 p.m., WPD arrested 34-year-old Kyle Day of Wasilla and 23-year-old Abigail Storrs of Wasilla at the Grandview Inn on the Parks Highway following an anonymous tip. Day and Storrs both had multiple MICS charges and charges were forwarded to the DAO on both.
December 31 at 3:27 p.m., WPD arrested 40-year-old Joshua Richardson of Anchorage following a report of a suspicious person. Richardson had an outstanding warrant and was taken to MSPT.
January 1 at 3:19 a.m., WPD arrested 22-year-old William Dovba of Wasilla following a traffic stop. Dovba was charged with Felony DUI and Felony Refusal and also issued a citation for DWLR and taken to MSPT.
January 1 at 11:17 p.m., WPD arrested 21-year-old Donivan McMichael of Wasilla. McMichael had an outstanding FTA warrant on the O/C of DWLR and was taken to MSPT.
January 2 at 2:09 a.m., WPD arrested 47-year-old Johnnie Hill of Wasilla following a report of a dangerous driver. Hill was arrested, issued a criminal summons and later released.
January 2 at 9:03 a.m., WPD arrested 32-year-old Jonathan Goguen of Wasilla at a residence near Bridgestone Drive. Goguen had a FTA warrant on the O/C of Theft 4 and was taken to MSPT.
January 3 at 1:48 p.m., WPD charged 41-year-old Nicholas Nevills of Wasilla with DUI. Nevills was reported sleeping at the wheel of a vehicle at Carrs.
January 3, WPD arrested 33-year-old O’Keith Bell of Wasilla after contacting a victim of a DV crime. Bell was taken to MSPT on nine counts of DV related VCOR.
January 3, WPD arrested 31-year-old Are Akeem Lee of Wasilla for DUI following an attempted traffic stop for speeding. Lee was arrested and charged with DUI, Felony Refusal and FTS and taken to MSPT.
