All information reported in the Police Beat is obtained from police department press releases. Defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.

March 1, PPD arrested Rosebud Sweeney of Palmer for VCOR and Criminal Trespass 2. Sweeney was taken to MSPT on $25 bail.

March 2, PPD arrested 24-year-old James Wells Jr., of Palmer on a $50 warrant for FTA on the O/C of No Liability Insurance.

March 2, PPD arrested 21-year-old Zachariah Cook of Anchorage on charges of Criminal Trespass 2 and Theft 4. Cook was taken to MSPT.

March 3, PPD arrested 37-year-old Alison Hooks of Wasilla on a $50 warrant for FTA on the O/C of MICS 5. Hooks was additionally charged with VCOR and MICS 5 and taken to MSPT.

March 4, PPD arrested 41-year-old Adrienne Para of Arkansas for Disorderly Conduct. Para was taken to MSPT and released.

March 4, PPD issued a summons to 34-year-old Nikki Alto of Anchorage on charges of Theft 4 and Criminal Mischief 5. Alto was released at PPD.

March 5, PPD arrested 30-year-old Megan McDonald of Anchorage on charges of Assault 4 (DV) and three additional warrants. McDonald was taken to MSPT on $750 bail.

March 5, PPD arrested 29-year-old Aaron Lashbrook of Palmer on charges of Harassment 1. Lashbrook was taken to MSPT without bail.

March 5, PPD arrested 67-year-old Jon Haller of Palmer on charges of Assault 3 and two counts of VCOR. Haller was taken to MSPT without bail.

WASILLA POLICE DEPARTMENT

March 1 at 1:54 p.m., WPD arrested 38-year-old Nicole Brandon of Anchorage at Lowes. Brandon was charged with FTC on the O/C of DUI and Vehicle Theft 1. Brandon was taken to MSPT.

March 1 at 11:32 p.m., WPD arrested 28-year-old Ola Greist of Anchorage on charges of Disorderly Conduct. Greist was taken to MSPT.

March 2 at 12:08 a.m., WPD arrested Chad Koktelash at the Best Western Hotel. Koktelash was charged with Assault 3 (DV) and taken to MSPT.

March 2 at 3:53 p.m., WPD arrested James Fredrickrock of Wasilla during a welfare check. Fredrickrock was charged with Probation Violation on the O/C of Assault 3 and taken to MSPT.

March 3 at 1:57 a.m., WPD arrested 34-year-old Chad Garritson of Talkeetna on an outstanding warrant for Assault 4 and VCOR. Garritson was taken to MSPT.

March 4 at 10:31 p.m., WPD arrested Joseph Osborne on an outstanding $100 warrant for Improper Use of Registration and No Insurance. Osborne was taken to MSPT.

March 6, WPD arrested Nicholas Latocha of Wasilla on an outstanding warrant at the Grandview Hotel. Latocha was taken to MSPT.

March 6 at 2:06 a.m., WPD arrested 21-year-old Mark Shevchuk of Wasilla at the Mugshot Saloon. Shevchuk was charged with DUI and taken to MSPT.

March 6 at 6:56 a.m., WPD arrested 25-year-old Delbert Iyatunguk of Wasilla on charges of DUI, False Information, Theft 4, Criminal Trespassing 1, Resisting Arrest, Escape 4, Disorderly Conduct, DWLR and Probation Violation and taken to MSPT.

March 7 at 3:12 a.m., WPD arrested 39-year-old Erik Blakeman of Wasilla on charges of DUI and Refusal. Blakemen was taken to WPD and released O/R.
