September 16 at 4:30 p.m., AST with the assistance of the WIU responded to a property on Petersville Road in Trapper Creek and arrested 35-year-old Herman Curtis of Anchorage. Curtis had two outstanding warrants on the O/C of SAM 2 and was taken to MSPT without bail.
September 16 at 7:43 p.m., AST arrested 22-year-old Forrest Robinson-Rouswell on charges of Assault at MSRMC. Robinson-Rouswell was taken to MSPT without bail.
September 17 at 7:23 p.m., AST received a report of a motor vehicle collision where the complainant was struck by a grey Ford pickup who left the scene without information.
September 18 at 5:30 a.m., AST arrested 45-year-old Carl Oyagak of Wasilla following a disturbance near South Village Street in Wasilla. Oyagak was charged with Assault 4 (DV) and taken to MSPT without bail.
September 18 at 4:41 p.m., AST arrested 44-year-old Michael Manning of Wasilla following a disturbance near Patsy Road in Wasilla. Manning was charged with Attempted Arson 1, Criminal MIschief 3, Criminal Trespass 1 and taken to MSPT.
September 18 at 8:00 p.m., AST arrested 41-year-old Nugaska Babcock of Big Lake on an outstanding warrant for FTA and FTC on the O/C of Felony DUI. With assistance from the CSU, Babcock was taken to MSPT on $1,000 bail.
September 18 at 8:30 p.m., AST arrested 28-year-old Sara Provo of Palmer on an outstanding FTA warrant on the O/C of Assault 4 (DV). Provo was taken to MSPT on $100 bail.
September 18 at 9:19 p.m., AST arrested 60-year-old James Clarke of Big Lake following a traffic stop. Clarke had an outstanding felony warrant for FTC on the O/C of MICS 3 and SAM 3. Clarke was taken to MSPT on $1,000 cash performance bail.
