ALASKA STATE TROOPERS

August 17 at 12:33 a.m., AST arrested 28-year-old Hannah Noble of Palmer near Twin Peaks Court in Palmer. Noble was charged with Assault 4 (DV) and taken to MSPT without bail.

August 18 at 2:20 a.m., arrested 23-year-old Blake Wood of Wasilla on the Palmer-Wasilla Highway in Palmer. Wood had two active warrants for Forgery 2 and FUAD and a VCOR warrant, both with cash bail of $1,000. Wood was taken to MSPT.

August 18 at 11:00 a.m., AST received a report of a person introducing Contraband into MSPT. Investigation led to charges of Promoting Contraband 1 and MICS 5 filed on 44-year-old Anthony Hall of Houston.

August 18 at 10:59 p.m., AST arrested 46-year-old John Butchart of Wasilla following a reported disturbance on Escondido Avenue in Wasilla. Butchart was charged with Assault 4 (DV) and taken to MSPT.

August 19 at 6:45 a.m., AST in Fairbanks arrested 42-year-old Frank Tegoseak of Wasilla following a report of a dangerous driver. Tegoseak was charged with Felony DUI, Resisting Arrest, DWLR and Assault 4 on a LEO and was taken to FCC without bail.

PALMER POLICE DEPARTMENT

August 11, PPD arrested 21-year-old David Donajkowski Jr., of Palmer on a misdemeanor FTA warrant on the O/C of Forgery 2 and Theft 4. Donajkowski was taken to MSPT on $1,000 cash bail.

August 12, PPD arrested 23-year-old Darla Posey of Palmer on three misdemeanor FTA warrants on the O/C of two counts of Criminal Trespass 2, Theft 4 and MICS 5 on a $150 cash bail total. Posey was taken to MSPT.

August 12, PPD forwarded charges to the DAO on 46-year-old Rosanna Evenden of Palmer for Assault 3 and Cruelty to Animals.

August 12, PPD arrested 37-year-old Francisco Flores of Palmer on a $250 FTA warrant on the O/C of FTC for Criminal Trespass 5. Flores was taken to MSPT.

August 13, PPD arrested 19-year-old Micah Meyers of Palmer for Theft 2 and MIW 5. Meyers was taken to MSPT without bail.

August 14, PPD forwarded charges of Assault 4 (DV) to the DAO on 32-year-old Geraldo Albarca of Wasilla.

August 14, PPD arrested 28-year-old Amber Blayney of Wasilla on charges of MICS 4. Blayney was taken to MSPT without bail.

August 14, PPD arrested 30-year-old Jay Blackmore of Wasilla on a $250 FTA warrant on the O/C of DUI. Blackmore was taken to MSPT.

WASILLA POLICE DEPARTMENT

August 10 at 10:11 p.m., WPD arrested 25-year-old Trenton Ballot of Buckland during a welfare check. Ballot had an active FTA warrant on the O/C of OUI and was taken to MSPT.

August 11 at 12:12 a.m., WPD arrested 22-year-old Kayla Capurro of Wasilla at Tailgaters. Capurro had an FTA warrant on the O/C of DUI and was taken to MSPT.

August 11 at 4:30 a.m., WPD arrested 35-year-old Cassie Schaefer of Wasilla on two outstanding FTA warrants. Schaefer was taken to MSPT.

August 11 at 3:24 p.m., WPD arrested 35-year-old Kimberly Durgan and 29-year-old John Edmundson of Eagle River after receiving a report of a stolen vehicle that had been located. Dugan and Edmundson were arrested on outstanding warrants and APD responded after the vehicle was recovered.

August 12 at 11:01 p.m., WPD arrested 46-year-old Melony Green of Wasilla following a report of trespassing. Green had an outstanding FTA warrant and was taken to MSPT.

August 12 at 10:20 p.m., WPD forwarded charges of Theft 4 to the DAO on Joseph Marquis.

August 13 at 6:24 a.m., WPD forwarded charges of Assault and Disorderly Conduct to the DAO on Maliyah Hoch.

August 13 at 11:45 a.m., WPD forwarded charges to the DAO of Criminal Mischief (DV) on 23-year-old Jesse Sullivan of Wasilla following a reported disturbance on Wesglenn Circle.

August 13 at 3:28 p.m., WPD forwarded charges of Criminal Trespass 2 to the DAO on Steve Stoll following a reported trespass on north Julie Circle.

August 13, WPD arrested 31-year-old Kathryne Murray of Wasilla on an outstanding warrant for FTA on the O/C of Harassment 2. Murray was taken to MSPT.

August 13 at 7:41 p.m., WPD forwarded charges of Criminal Trespass 2 to the DAO on Makinley Velasquez.

August 13 at 8:01 p.m., WPD arrested Cody McBride at Walmart after a reported trespass. McBride was also charged with VCOR through the DAO.

August 14 at 4:03 a.m., WPD arrested Joseph Puddicombe on an active warrant near Knik- Goose Bay Road and Fern Street.

August 14 at 4:03 a.m., WPD arrested Kyle Huntington on an active warrant near Knik-Goose Bay Road and Fern Street.

August 14 at 12:05 p.m., WPD arrested 42-year-old Christopher Ruddell of Wasilla on an active FTA warrant on the O/C of Theft 4. Ruddell was taken to MSPT.

August 14 at 2:30 p.m., WPD arrested 51-year-old Laquenta Cameron of Wasilla during a theft investigation. Cameron had an outstanding Theft 4 warrant and was taken to MSPT.

August 14 at 7:31 p.m., WPD arrested 39-year-old Jason McDonnell of Wasilla during an assault investigation. McDonnell was taken to MSPT on charges of Assault 2.

August 14 at 11:44 p.m., WPD arrested 33-year-old Justin Corns of Big Lake. Corns had warrants on the O/C of Felony DUI and Escape 3 and was taken to MSPT on his $5,00 warrant.

August 15, WPD arrested 40-year-old Joshua Stiebritz of Meadow Lakes outstanding warrants for FTA on the O/C of DWLI and DWLR. Stiebritz was taken to MSPT.

August 15 at 2:14 a.m., WPD arrested 33-year-old James Slack of San Marcos Texas following a dangerous driver on South Seward-Meridian Parkway. Slack provided a breath sample of .187 and was taken to MSPT on charges of DUI.

August 15 at 8:05 a.m., WPD arrested 32-year-old Anthony Migliaccio of Wasilla at Fred Meyer on charges of Assault. Micliaccio was taken to MSPT.

August 15 at 9:14 a.m., WPD arrested 33-year-old Steven Frerichs of Wasilla during a disturbance. Frerichs was taken to MSPT on charges of Criminal Mischief 5 and Assault 4 (DV).

August 15 at 2:32 p.m., WPD arrested 35-year-old Rachel Johnson of Wasilla during a criminal investigation. Johnson had an active warrant for FTA on the O/C of Criminal Trespass 1 and taken to MSPT.

August 14, WPD arrested 28-year-old Ola Greist of Anchorage at Walmart. Greist had an outstanding warrant for FTA on the O/C of OUI and was taken to MSPT.

August 15, WPD arrested 33-year-old Lance Fredericks of Houston. Fredericks had an outstanding FTA warrant and was taken to MSPT.

August 16, WPD arrested Jeffrey Bittle on the Parks Highway. Bittle was charged with DUI and taken to MSPT.

August 16, WPD received reports of a Facebook post containing possible SAM and investigated the incident, revealing a fake name on the account. Police were unable to contact the person who originated the post and at this time there is no evidence to support that any child is in danger. Anyone with additional information is asked to contact WPD and reference case 20-2328.
