July 28 at 11:40 a.m., AST arrested 35-year-old Jesse Lee Doetch of Palmer following a reported disturbance near Walker Street in Soldotna. Doetch was charged with Assault 4 (DV) and taken to WCC.
July 31 at 9:17 p.m., AST arrested 30-year-old Nichole Daniels of Anchorage following a report of a dangerous driver on the Parks Highway in Houston. Daniels was charged with DUI and released O/R.
July 31 at 11:39 p.m., AST arrested 50-year-old Ronald Bean of Wasilla following a reported disturbance on Snowshoe Lane in Wasilla. Bean was charged with Assault 4, Violation of a DVPO and Probation Violation. Bean was taken to MSPT without bail.
August 1 at 1:23 p.m., AST issued a summons to 46-year-old Shelly Maddux of Wasilla for Theft 4 at Three Bears on Pittman Road in Wasilla.
August 1 at 4:57 p.m., AST arrested 33-year-old Charles Lonewolf Jr., of Chickaloon for Assault 4 (DV) and Probation Violation on the O/C of Robbery 2.
August 2 at 11:47 a.m., AST issued summons to 34-year-old Bibianna Bennett of Wasilla and 31-year-old Daryl Bennett of Wasilla following a welfare check request on Spruce Avenue in Wasilla. Bibianna was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Minor 2 and Bennett was charged with VCOR.
August 2 at 12:20 p.m., AST arrested 58-year-old Kenneth Steen of Houston on an extraditable warrant for Witness Dissuading with a $10,000 bond out of Nevada.. Steen was taken to MSPT.

July 29, AWT on Fish Creek contacted 58-year-old Kevin Karless, 53-year-old Tammie Ennes, 28-year-old Kevin Clark and 22-year-old Albert Clark of Wasilla. AWT received a report of the use of a gill net and seized the gill net, an anchor, tackle box, and two fishing rods. Investigation is ongoing and charges of Unlawful Methods and Means, personal use fishing without a permit, personal use fishing in closed waters, and personal use fishing without a sport fishing license are pending.
July 29, AWT patrolling Fish Creek reek cited 35-year-old Andry Bonderenko of Wasilla $240 total for failure to record harvest and minors without lifejackets, 59-year-old Mitchell Reed of Wasilla for failure to record salmon and 61-year-old Eugene Parson of Wasilla $120 for failure to record salmon.
July 30, AWT on Willow cited Maxim Wanser $220 for fishing without a license.
July 30, AWT cited 26-year-old Timothy William of Lakeland Florida, 24-year-old Stephen Juren of Knoxville Tennessee and 33-year-old Sarah Eberwine of Sutton $120 each for fishing with multiple hooks where prohibited. AWT also cited 50-year-old Christopher Walker of Sutton $170 for operating without enough life jackets.
July 30, AWT on Willow Creek issued a $120 citation to Dakota Rood for retaining a rainbow trout where retention was prohibited.
July 30, Palmer AWT cited 28-year-old Alec Reed of Wasilla $120 for using bait where prohibited.
July 30, Palmer AWT cited 36-year-old Susan Timm and Daniel Shepard of Palmer for failure to record harvest of salmon.
July 31, AWT patrolling Fish Creek in Wasilla cited 18-year-old Dennis Hindal of Wasilla, 57-year-old Charlie Hays of Wasilla, 33-year-old Kristina Carpenter of Wasilla and 30-year-old Leah Sheldon of Wasilla $120 each for failure to record harvest onto permit. AWT cited 42-year-old Timothy Chaffin, 38-year-old Timothy Timothy $220 for dipnetting without a permit. AWT cited 32-year-old Benjamin Jevons and 25-year-old Corey Eirckson of Anchorage for dip netting in closed waters, and 53-year-old Michael Cast of Anchorage for nonresident dipnetting in closed waters.
August 1, AWT on Kenai Beach cited 62-year-old Laura Keiser of Wasilla $120 for failure to record personal use salmon.
August 1, Palmer AWT cited 48-year-old Theodore Blueford II of Anchorage $160 for exceeding daily bag limit of salmon on Jim Creek.
August 1, AWT on the Kenai River cited 32-year-old Raul heredia-Guitierrez of Wasilla $120 for snagging a salmon.
