June 4 Palmer Police arrested Tyrell A. Adkins, age 26 of Palmer, for Driving Under the Influence. Adkins was issued a summons per the bail schedule and released.
June 3 Palmer Police responded to a single vehicle accident near Mile 17 of the Old Glenn Highway. Subsequent investigation led to Palmer Police forwarding charges to the District Attorney’s Office on Jeremy H. Harris, age 42 of Palmer, for Felony Driving Under the Influence, Driving While License Revoked, and Violation of Conditions of Release.
June 1 Palmer Police forwarded charges to the District Attorney’s Office on Amber J. Peterson age 28 of Wasilla for Theft 2.
May 31 Palmer Police arrested Amber J. Peterson, age 28 of Wasilla, for two warrants of Failure to Comply with Conditions of Probation for the original charge of Assault 3rd, and Failure to Appear for the original charges of Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Trespass 2nd, and Resisting Arrest. Peterson was remanded and bail was set at $1200.00 per the warrants.
May 31 Palmer Police issued a summons to Jesse E. Miller, age 37 of Palmer, for Criminal Trespass in the 2nd Degree. She was escorted off the premises and released on her own recognizance.
May 29 Palmer Police arrested Christian M. Ayala, age 26 of Anchorage, for Driving Under the Influence and Misconduct Involving a Weapon in the 4th Degree. He was issued summons to appear in court and released.
May 28 Palmer Police arrested Russell A. McAuley, age 40 of Palmer, for Felony Hit and Run with Injury, 2 counts of Hit and Run Property Damage, Driving Under the Influence, Reckless Driving, Reckless Endangerment, and Driving While License Revoked. McAuley was remanded to Mat-Su pretrial with no bail.
May 27 Palmer Police arrested Christopher T. Mosley, age 30 of Palmer, for Assault 4. Mosley was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial where he was held without bail pending arraignment.
May 27 Palmer Police arrested Kelly W. Kitchen, age 36 of Wasilla, on a $500 warrant for Failure to Comply with Conditions of Release on an Original Charge of DUI and VCOR. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial.
May 25 Layne L. Wickesham, age 58 of Palmer, reported someone attempted to cash a check which had been stolen from her. A suspect has been identified, and the investigation is ongoing.
May 24 Palmer Police took a report of Criminal Mischief at the Palmer Airport. Workers at the Alaska Division of Forestry discovered two holes cut in the airport perimeter fencing. Estimated cost of damage is $500.00. An investigation is ongoing.
May 24 Zack C. Fait, age 33 of Palmer, reported a neighbor’s dog had come into his yard and attacked one of his chickens.
May 24 Palmer Police arrested Madoline L. Adeszko, age 24 of Palmer, on two warrants totaling $300; Failure to Appear for ASAP hearing, original charge of Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance in the 5th Degree, and Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference, original charge of Reckless Driving.
May 24 Palmer Police arrested Madoline L. Adeszko, age 24 of Palmer, for Escape in the 4th degree. She was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial and held released on her own recognizance per the bail schedule.
May 22 Palmer Police arrested Ezra L. Martinez, age 22 of Palmer, for Driving Under the Influence and Misconduct Involving a Weapon in the 4th degree. Martinez was issued a Summons and released per the bail schedule.
May 21 Palmer Police arrested Teddy F. Vos, age 19 of Sitka, on a warrant of Failure to Remand for the original charge of Theft in the 2nd degree. Vos was remanded and no bail was set per the warrant.
May 19 Palmer Police arrested Katherine L. Kobuk, age 22 of Anchorage, for two warrants of Failure to Appear for the original charges of Trespass, Assault in the 4th Degree X3, Disorderly Conduct, and Violation of Conditions of Release X5. Kobuk was remanded and bail was set at $250.00 per the warrants.
May 19 Palmer Police Summons MYLINDA A. FORRESTER, age 41 of Palmer, for Trespassing 2.
May 19 Palmer Police arrested Brandon W. Drew, age 21 of Palmer, for Assault 3, Criminal Mischief 4 and Criminal Trespass 2. He was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial and held without bail pending arraignment per the bail schedule.
May 18 Palmer Police Summons Raney A. Brown, age 26 of Palmer, and Hayden M. Baggette, age 19 of Palmer, for Theft in the 4th degree.
May 17 Palmer Police Summonsed Victoria I. Laporte, age 27 of Palmer, for Criminal Trespass 2.
