Mat-Su Services says thanks

To the editor:

Mat-Su Services for Children and Adults Inc. held its seventh annual golf tournament at Fishhook Golf Course. The proceeds from this event help fund gaps in services for children and families in our Infant Learning Program. The event was a wonderful success thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, volunteers and golfers who participated. We gratefully acknowledge the support of the following sponsors:

GCI for its most generous cash donation and 25,000 air miles; Big Bear Campground and RV; BunnyBoots.com; Challenge Alaska; Combs Insurance Agency; First National Bank; Fishhook Golf Course; Guardian Business Support Services; Geneva Woods Pharmacy; Gorilla Fireworks; Great Northern Engineering; GSU Superior Underwriters; Halls Quality Homes; Irwin Siegel Agency Inc.; Kaladi Coffee; Margaret Volz; Matanuska Valley Federal Credit Union; Mountain Magic Therapy; Neighbor to Neighbor; Ripley family; The Wilson Agency LLC; Usibelli Coal Mine Inc.; Valley Business Machines; Walgreens; and Wayne Taylor and Sally Ross.

Other MSSCA services include supported employment, supported living, respite, care coordination, short-term assistance and referral, fetal alcohol resource project, car seat safety and the Look At Me program. The support of our community is important in all that we do.
