Group hosting spring bike and gear swap
Summer will be here in no time, so start cleaning out the gear closets, sheds & garages. The Valley Mountain Bikers and Hikers are hosting a spring bike and gear sway April 20 from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Government Peak Recreation Area chalet. This Valley Mountain Bikers and Hikers event will be a great chance to swap out the old for something a bit newer. There will be free bike maintenance classes, a warm-up ride (weather permitting) and a chance to sign up for the trail crew as well as SprocKidz, a youth mountain biking program.
