Wasilla senior Aryn Crane has been named the Mat-Su Valley Frontiersman Student-Athlete of the Week.
Despite playing with a rib injury for much of the second half of the season, Crane helped lead the Warriors to the state tournament. During the tourney, Crane hit double digits in kills during three consecutive matches. During the Warriors’ final match of the tourney, a loss to Juneau-Douglas, Crane recorded 13 kills despite not playing in the final game of the match.
