LOS ANGELES —U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force, in conjunction with the California Department of Corrections, seek the public’s help in locating a mentally disturbed sex offender with strong family ties to Alaska who is wanted on a California warrant.
The California warrant stems from parole violations related to a conviction for “lewd acts with a minor.”
A press release from the U.S. Marshals says Cash Allen Lewark, 41, is 5-feet, 7-inches tall, 175 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
“His criminal history includes lewd acts with a minor, assault, battery, and obstruction of a law enforcement officer. He is classified as mentally disturbed and should be considered armed and dangerous,” Marshals say.
People with information about Lewark’s whereabouts or who observe a person who resembles him, are asked to contact local police, or Deputy U.S. Marshal Jeffrey Domingcil at (714) 338-4610.
