Miners say thanks for Valley’s support

To the editor:

As we finish fall projects at the field and the snow is on the mountain peaks, we want to once again thank everyone who sponsored, participated, volunteered, attended and cheered us on all summer at Hermon Brother’s Field.

It was a great season and without help from so many people in the community we couldn’t have accomplished everything we did. The new concession stand was a welcome addition and some of you are missing those unbelievable “Miner Burgers,” but don’t worry we’ll be back grilling next year! We finished redoing the infield and are doing renovations to the merchandise shack. We are extremely lucky to live in the Mat-Su and we appreciate all you do for us. We are working on the recruiting players, planning the 2012 season and looking forward to next year. Remember it is all of your contributions and support that have made us successful.
