The Palmer Moose scored a 3-1 (25-16, 25-16, 21-25, 25-14) win over rival Colony Tuesday night at Palmer High School.
“The girls have been working hard on being more consistent, and last night I felt good about our consistency throughout the match,” Palmer head coach Jayme DeHart said via email. “Colony came out in set three bombing the ball, but we stayed mellow and played through it.”
Talia Vilinerve led the Moose with a dozen kills and two aces, Kristen Beames added 10 kills and Kelsey Giese chipped in eight kills and 16 assists.
