The Palmer Moose enjoyed a big weekend on the Kenai Peninsula, and capped its road trip in a big way.

Seven players scored during a 14-2 win over Homer Saturday in Homer. Kolby Wessel found the back of the net four times in the win. Levi Goff also notched a hat trick. Joe Dement and Zander Anderson had two goals each. Chase Ringler, Clayton Conrad and Dominik Maya also scored.

Ryder Lawton used a 24-save shutout to lead the Moose to a 6-0 victory over Soldotna, Friday in Soldotna. Ringler and Goff led Palmer with two goals each.

Palmer also beat Kenai 5-2 Thursday in Kenai. Ringler scored twice. Goff and Parker Popowski also scored.

The Wasilla Warriors split with a pair of Anchorage-area teams last week. Dylan Mead, Chase Mallstrum and Gavin Blaylock scored two goals each during a 6-1 victory over Chugiak. Deklan Hawk scored Wasilla’s lone goal in a 3-1 loss to West Anchorage.
