More patriotic articles, please

To the editor:

I very much enjoyed the article about the flags in Mountain Rose Estates. I am writing this letter to ask you to write more patriotic articles.

If you wrote more patriotic articles, it could encourage people who aren’t patriotic to remember who died for our country. It could also remind people about the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorists. Also, articles like these help teach people like me how to be patriotic. In your article, my mom and I loved that you gave ovation to my grandfather.

Reading about people I knew made me feel more patriotic.

Other people reading about people they know would make them feel more patriotic. I hope you enjoyed this letter. I think the more you write about patriotism, the more people would help set up flags again and be patriotic.
