Motivation

I keep coming back here wanting to be motivated by someone else, but Im thinking everyone else is out exercising. So many seem to be doing something other than blogging. So I have decided that I will do it for ya'll.

I found out the prescription dose for vitamin D is 50000 UI twice a week. WOW, who woulda thunk.

I grabbed some strawberries from Freds at 2 for $8 and they are in the dehydrator now with some blackberries I got from D&A. I cant wait to put them on my cereal in the morning. I feel healthier just listening to the machine work in the kitchen, even though Im sitting at the computer on my butt. (I am jiggling my leg though, that counts right?) I have not had a very easy time of it since my hash brown incident, but I got back full bore on my plan today. I still havent had any soda and I am starting to feel better for it I think. Im making pizza for the kids for dinner and my salmon and veggies dont seem as good but they will do I guess. I think I will stir fry with some low sodium soy sauce. Orange sherbet for desert if I can keep it to 1/2 cup. Hope all are doing well, keep it up.
