November 06, 1972 - November 16, 2023 Nathan Zachariah Frazier, 51, passed away on November 16, 2023, in Wasilla, Alaska. Born on November 6, 1972, Nathan dedicated his life to service, family, and those he found in need. A proud veteran, Nathan served in the United States Air Force for 18 years, following in the footsteps of his father. His military career was marked by dedication and commitment, and upon retirement, he chose to make Alaska his permanent home and final resting place. Nathan had a passion for computer and online games (MMOs), fish and their tanks, smoking, and coffee. He was known for his generous spirit and willingness to help others, often lending a hand to those in need. He is survived by his wife, Serena Frazier; his two sons, Ty Frazier and Gaven Frazier; daughter-in-law Christine Frazier; stepdaughter Samantha Espinosa-Garza; mother Karon Jury-Ferjanec; stepfather Steven Ferjanec; sister Noliena Castellanos; nephew Frank Delgado; niece Jade Castellanos; great-niece Claire Delgado; and aunt and uncle Brenda and James Young. Nathan was preceded in death by his father Floyd Frazier; grandparents Orbis and Mabel Frazier; uncle Jim McCort; and cousin Donald McCort. A service honoring Nathan’s life was held on December 5, 2023, at Fort Richardson National Cemetery from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., where he was laid to rest with military honors. Nathan’s memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew him. May his legacy of kindness and service bring comfort to all who mourn his loss.
