Needing Encouragement (someont to kick my rear into gear:)

Hello Everyone! High fives, you can do it, keep on keeping on! O.K. Well, that was my attitude the first two weeks as I started to "Trim to Win" with a vengence.

South Beach, Excersize 6 days a week 45m cardio plus weight training and core training on alternating days. I was doing it hard core and lost 7lbs in the first 7 days! I was encouraged! Then the second week came and started off good, but half way through, somewhere between throwing a baby shower and finding out I have to move in 2 weeks, I lost momentum.

I REALLY want to do this. I NEED to do this. I find myself in a downward spiral of discouragement, cheat, discouragement, cheat…"OK, fine. I'll start over tomorrow." My tomorrows haven't come, and I don't want to loose what I've begun. Please help?!
