Neighbors make moving experience fun

We will be leaving this beautiful Valley at the end of this month and want to mention just a few of the many people who have been there to lighten our load.

You might say weve had a very moving experience.

Three moves in one year can test the bonds of any friendship, but you do find out who the truly charitable people are.

Our thanks to Monty and Kaleb Cassidy, Bob and Sara Gabel, Gary Graffeo, Devan and Levi Foster, James Jiminez, Dan and Jeremiah Kaign, John and Ben Pontius, Jim Ronk, Justus, Scott and Tyler Tillery, David and Koreea Robinson and Ammon Pettijohn.

Bob Gabel, although he has just recently recovered from cancer, could always be counted on whenever there was an especially deep snow, to show up with his snowblower and to clean off our driveway and sidewalk, and even a path to the dog cage.

He and his wife once let us use their truck for nearly a week, which was such a big help.

Likewise, Duane and Gary Michealis, who own a carpet cleaning business, came over to the first house we moved from and spent hours thoroughly cleaning the carpet for us hundreds of dollars worth of cleaning, which was greatly appreciated.

And for all of the many acts of friendship, hospitality and kindness extended to us, too numerous to count, we say thanks.

Thank you to Warren and Kaye Foster, Dan and Kelly Raign, Duane and Gay Michealis, Mirada Gregory, Roy and Kay Chapman, Wayne and Nylah Tillery, Tim and Ali Davey, Kim Nunley and Sue Jennings.
