Honor after Monday’s Memorial Day ceremony.Colony High Shool JROTC members Emily Hart and Gretchen
Sharpe-Swart pose for a photograph with a POW-MIA flag. The flag
they are holding came from the top of Mount POW-MIA in the Chugach
Range. The two, along with other members of the JROTC, replaced the
flag last weekend at the top of the 4,235-foot peak. Cadets with
the Colony JROTC have been replacing the flag yearly since
1999.A plastic rose is taped next to the name of SPC Shane Woods, who
