Two companion bills SB161 and HB81 seem to be gathering our representative's unchecked approval. This is because of the persistent lobbying of a few contractors who seem to feel threatened by homeowners who decide to sell.
It is an incremental approach to taking away a sacred right. A free society cannot continue with out private property. Our country was founded on private property. In fact the Declaration of Independence originally said “life liberty and property”
I only hope this letter catches the eyes of many, who would not be aware otherwise, of their plans for us.
