I have many friends who have inspired me to lose this weight that I allowed to pack on. One of them will be featured in the "First for Women" magazine that will be coming out the 25th of this month. I am so excited for her to be featured in a major publication. Her name is Caroline Murphy and she is a SomerSizer. I am doing the plan as it works to do this forever and not just for the duration of losing weight. This will be my New Weigh of Life. Kudos to all who are making it happen no matter what plan you are using.
